The Challenge Starts Monday March 6!
From March 6 – April 6, we challenge you to:
- Train 20 times (classes and open gym visits) and
- Attend at least 3 classes per week
Training 5 times a week can be tough, so we’re introducing a new class to take some of the load off. Check out our new Recovery Class. It happens every Monday at 8:00 PM and Friday at 6:00 PM. Click here to register!
