Origins SPring Classic

The Origins Spring Classic is our biggest event of the year. Athletes from across the Province and beyond come to compete. Whether this is your first competition or your tenth, you are welcome here.
Two days of action.
Saturday is for Adults.
Sunday is for Youth and U19.
First competition? No stress. Our team will guide you through everything.
Hosted at our Vancouver location.
Athletes in the U19 division has the chance to qualify for the Canadian Parkour League National Championships, hosted by Empire Parkour in Saskatoon, SK.
For 19+ athletes, that’s just the first step. Nationals is where you can earn your spot at SPL, The Parkour World Championships.
Competition Events
Skill
Community Round
Everyone competes at the same time. You have 20 minutes to complete as many challenges as possible.
Final Round
Top 5 athletes move on. Athletes take turns attempting 3 final challenges.
Youth U8 and U13 Format
6 set challenges. 20 minutes to complete them. Judges mark each successful challenge. Top 5 move on to finals.
Speed
After practice time, athletes get 3 timed runs. Fastest time counts.
Each course includes a start gate, checkpoints, and finish gate.
Style
Adults
Create 2 style lines made up of 3 to 5 moves. Combined score from both runs.
U19
Athletes perform on 2 set courses with a required direction. On each course, they create 2 freestyle lines.
U8 and U13
No Style event for this division.
