Hey bub, Summer ain’t over until PKBC!
The 18th Annual parkour jam is coming up. This is the best time to try parkour outside as a beginner, with the whole community helping you! Seasoned practitioners will be amped to hit new challenges and test themselves in friendly competitions. We also got special guest Darryl Stingley here for beginner and advanced workshops.
As a thank you to our members, we will be hosting a BBQ at the Main Street Gym on Sunday evening. You can also access the BBQ with a PKBC jam bundle.

Gather ’round folks, and prepare to celebrate the art of parkour with your fellow townsfolk at the 17th Annual Parkour Hoedown!
- All levels, interactive skill challenge night.
- Explore and jam at UBC with a spot map.
- Learn and play a game of stick.
- See the premiere of community parkour films.
- Explore and jam Coal Harbour with a spot map.
- Freestyle jam and one vs one battles.
- Eat some BBQ and hang out 🙂
